Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within [7] days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
